By downloading, copying, or otherwise using any of the logos, wordmarks, or related brand assets provided on this website (the “Brand Assets”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Permitted Use: The Brand Assets are provided solely for editorial or partnership purposes, and only in connection with representing the ONE9 brand accurately and positively. All use must comply with these terms and ONE9’s brand guidelines.
2. No Modification: You may not alter, distort, stretch, rotate, or modify the Brand Assets in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, changing colors, proportions, or adding additional elements.
3. Color Integrity: The Brand Assets must be used exactly as provided. You may not recolor the logos, including applying gradients, shadows, textures, or overlays, or modify the transparency or background color unless explicitly approved by ONE9 in writing.
4. No Misrepresentation: You may not use the Brand Assets in any way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with ONE9 without prior written consent.
5. Respectful Use: You agree to use the Brand Assets in a manner that reflects positively on ONE9. They must not be used in any unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise harmful context or content.
6. Ownership and Rights: All rights, title, and interest in the Brand Assets remain the exclusive property of ONE9 Capability Labs Inc. Your use of the Brand Assets does not grant you any ownership or rights in them.
7. Revocation of Use: ONE9 reserves the right to revoke or modify permission to use the Brand Assets at any time and for any reason.
